David Cohen was the elected Councillor for Ward 3 in Richmond Hill for 22 years up until 2010.

David Cohen was an elected Municipal Councillor from 1988 until 2010 in Richmond Hill. He gained enormous experience in development and growth as his Town grew 400 percent during that period. He met numerous people and worked for a quality community. David worked hard in the diverse communities and has friends in many ethnic communities. David Cohen has strong ties to the Toronto and area Hong Kong, Chinese, Iranian, Pakistan and other Asian Communities. He has been a member of business associations for many years and well recognized.

David Cohen retired from the Collections department at Canada Revenue Agency after 25 years.

David Cohen was employed by the Government of Canada for 25 year in the tax department. Working in the collections area, David helped resolve debt issues and is an expert in resolving insolvency issues. He knows what government workers are looking for to work out an account.
