Eleanor Silverberg is the managing director of Jade Self Development Coaching Inc. As a social worker and grief specialist, she helps those who care and service others to feel better as they cope while caring for others.

Eleanor offers individual and group coaching as well as workshop training for caregivers based on her recently released second book, Keeping It Together that offers three juggling elements of a strength enhancing regimen and features the 3-A Approach coping tool that Eleanor developed for following her regimen.
