The practice of Chakras Meditation is open to all levels.

Chakra Meditation will:

• help you recognize your hidden physical and mental potentials
• gain flexibility and strength
• learn to be more relaxed under otherwise stressful situations
• open the energy channels, which in turn allows spiritual energy to flow freely
• Some breathing techniques also massage and tone your internal organs
• put your mind in a focused state to prepare for silence Meditation and the search for enlightenment

About Sandra Lanoue
Sandra is a Spiritual Researcher, Speaker, Instructor, Healer, Workshop and Retreat Presenter. She also offer Chakra balancing, Angels Reading and Angel Therapy in one on one consultation.

She owns and runs www.useyourbreath.ca for corporate and in home stress management services. In the early 90’s, Sandra began to study holistic health while attending the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivieres. Sandra explored many spiritual avenues. She studied and worked at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Her work with Healing has taken her to India, South America, Europe, Hawaii . In 1995 Sandra opened her first studio in Montreal.
