As we prepare to celebrate International Women’s Day on Friday March 8, Terry Knight is back for another practical session of women’s self defense.
This session is suitable for all ages; attendance at Terry’s December self-defense session is not required.
Self-defense is about doing what is necessary to get away from an attacker to a place of safety. It is not about beating others up!
