Experience the relaxation of Yoga and intensity of Pilates while you flow from pose to pose.
As you strengthen and lengthen your muscles, you will utilize your core stabilizing muscles to maintain good posture.
Feel more centred, energized and peaceful. Breathwork and various relaxation and meditation forms and more will be incorporated in the class.
100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils will be diffused throughout the class, as well as applied, to deepen relaxation.
Suitable for all fitness levels. A yoga mat is required.
Classes run Thursdays, April 27 to June 8/17, 7:30 – 8:40 p.m.
Cost: 7-week program for $105 (6 registered participants required by April 25/17 for class to run)
Drop-ins welcome at $20/class as long as minimum numbers are met.
