Learn how to run 10 km.  Learn how to dress for running, nutrition, weight loss and fitness

The organizer is a marathon runner and fitness competitor and full time working mom. She would like to share with you her success tips she has learned over the past 20 yrs on how to be a healthy and fit version of you.

There is no fee for attending the sessions, where positive, relative running information will be presented.
