·         Maintaining positive thoughts

·         Use of affirmations

Guided Meditation: I am not the mind, I have a mind

Week 4— Nov. 5, 2018: Affirming your true nature

·         Proof that you are Spirit

·         Understanding your true qualities

Guided Meditation: I am pure Consciousness, unattached and ever free
