On Tuesday, April 20th, the City held virtual celebration recognizing some outstanding citizens in our community, as part of the National Volunteer Week celebrations.  They recognized the outstanding contributions of residents who have demonstrated a commitment to building a stronger community and have contributed in an extraordinary way to make a meaningful difference for the residents of Richmond Hill.
