1. Zumba (2 sessions - Thursdays @ 8:00 pm; Saturdays @ 10:00 am EDT)
2. Mind-Body Fusion (2 sessions - Mondays @ 8:00 pm; Sundays @ 10:00 am);
3. Awesome Intervals (Saturdays @ 9:00 am);
4. Quick Tone (Sundays @ 9:00 am;
5. Mindfulness (Thursdays @ 8:00 pm)
Drop-in - $8.00/class (Includes HST)
Monthly membership - All classes included (May 1 - 31st) - $45.00 (Includes HST)
