  • Monday, May 3 – 6:00 – 6:30 pm  Zumba – 30 mins. Latin-inspired dance-fitness
  • Tuesday, May 4 – 12:30 – 1:00 pm   Mind-Body Fusion – 30 mins. Yoga-Pilates, Breath, Relaxation                                                                                       
  • Wednesday, May 5 – 12:30 – 1:00 pm Quick Tone – 30 mins.  Full body workout using body weight, weights, filled water bottles, or bean cans
  • Thursday, May 6 –1:15 pm – 1:45 pm Chair Stretch - 30 mins.A seated full body stretch sequence; focus on releasing tension in back/neck/shoulders

Drop-in fee:  $8/class (incl HST) Package of 4 classes -$25 (incl HST)
