Each Tuesday morning, people from all sectors of the community gather to hear what others are doing and find ways to offer support.
This is not networking - it is cross sector collaboration.
The 'Ten Minute Tuesday Talks' continue. Anita and Lauren Daneman, and Clovis Grant (360Kids ED) will talk about a legacy continued - StanD Up for 360 Kids picks up where longtime community leader and volunteer Stan Daneman left off. His family builds on his hard work supporting at risk and homeless youth in York Region, with a newly branded campaign to collect food and other necessities in Richmond Hill. Please click here to read more and see the list of items needed. Please consider putting a few more things in your grocery cart this week.
There will also be the continuing of the CTC tradition to endorse the 'Red for Change' - an AIDS Committee of York Region annual campaign that is about building awareness and ending stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS. Please wear red and be in the picture!!
There is not a fee to attend a CTC meeting but a minimum donation of $4 for admin and support of Hill House Hospice is requested.
These meetings are SUP free - no Single Use Plastics, including water bottles and coffee cups. Coffee and tea are available.
