For one month only this October there will be a 4-week series designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.
Each week, qualified Buddhist meditation Teacher, Rose Hirano, will guide you through meditations, describing techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful, happy mind in daily life.
This week's topic: Getting Your Life in Context. Moving on with more meditation and getting to know how to put things in the Buddhist perspective, so you can keep a healthy and constantly positive attitude whatever circumstances appear in your life.
