For one month only there is an offering of a 4-week series designed to teach the basics of meditation and stress reduction.
Each week, qualified Buddhist meditation Teacher, Rose Hirano, will guide you through meditations, describing techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful, happy mind in daily life.
This week's topic: Letting Go of Anxiety: In this introductory talk with meditation, you will be introduced to easy breathing techniques that will help you find your own peace of mind.
As well, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining a peaceful mind all the time.
