Session 1: July 22, 2019: Prepare Your Mind

Learn how to use your everyday actions to train your mind to be calm and relaxed through Karma Yoga—the Path of Action. Karma Yoga shows you how to change your mental attitude while performing your actions and grow spiritually. 

Guided meditation: I am not the doer

Session 2: July 29, 2019: Open your heart

Learn how to open your heart and gain concentration through the practice of Bhakti Yoga—the Path of Devotion. Meditation without engaging the heart will make it a dry practice, bringing no joy or inner fulfilment. Learn how to grow in love.

Guided Meditation: I surrender in love

Session 3 August 12, 2019: Grow in Your Understanding

Learn how to grow in your understanding of meditation and life through Jnana Yoga—the Path of Knowledge. Gaining spiritual knowledge will transform how you see and live your life.

Guided Meditation: I am the unattached inner witness

Note: There will be no yoga exercises done in these classes. A “yoga” is a path or means to unite with your inner Self.
