Each week, qualified Buddhist meditation Teacher, Rose Hirano, will guide you through meditations, describing techniques for developing and maintaining a peaceful, happy mind in daily life.
This week's topic: Seven Keys to Happiness Deeper meditation and learning to create the roots of your future happiness while removing the roots of future suffering by using seven essential techniques in your daily life.
