Stan Daneman is collecting donations of food and warm clothing for 360Kids. This is his third year for doing this.
Stan believes in the work that 360Kids does. It provides an in measurable service to the homeless kids of York Region, and Richmond Hill in particular. 360Kids provides a real circle of care.
Stan is also a writer and frequently does guest poetry readings at the monthly meetings for the Visually Impaired People (VIP) group that meets at Langstaff Community Centre.
At the October meeting he received a very special donation of 130 hand knit toques, knitted by the blind ladies. They really wanted to support Stan.
Stan has been ill and it has been challenging, but with the support from the likes of the ladies at VIP, he is hopeful that he will have a very successful collection.
