All classes are 30 mins in length and held via Zoom.
Can't make the class times? Enroll in the membership or drop-in and receive the recording to the class(es), accessible for 24/7 for 1 week period.
11 Weekly classes include:
1. Zumba (2 sessions - Thursdays @ 7:30 pm; Saturdays @ 10:00 am EDT); Latin-inspired & International rhythms dance-fitness party
2. Mind-Body Fusion (2 sessions - Wednesdays @ 8:30 pm (Relaxation); Sundays @ 10:00 am (Strengthening)); yoga-pilates-breath relaxation & stretch
3. Tabata (Sundays @ 9:00 am); (HIIT - Timed High Intensity Interval class - with modifications)
4. Quick Tone (Saturdays @ 9:00 am); Full body workout
5. Awesome Intervals (Wednesdays at 7:30 pm); A cardio based program to support heart health
6. Gentle Fit (Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9:30 am); ideal for mature individuals, beginners and those returning from an injury or absence from exercise ; brain training exercises will be included.
7. Mindfulness (Thursdays @ 8:30 pm); become present & aware of breath, body sensations; various techniques used to relax; ideal for grounding and practicing the state of presence.
8. Sound Wellness (Mondays at 8:00 pm); using voice, tuning forks, wind chimes, sound pods, etc to release, become calm and grounded, release and heal mind/body/spirit
