Richmond Hill residents and particularly Mill Pond residents are concerned about a proposed plan to amend the Zoning By-law at 107 Hall Street, formerly the historical site of Langstaff property.
There is an undertaking to construct a 14 storey residential building along with other structures on this property.
There was an earlier application for this property to only construct a 24 townhouse complex. The application has been upgraded to a 265 dwelling unit.
