Your participation helps Hill House Hospice raise money to support their mission of providing expert medical care and compassion to people with a terminal illness. Hill House Hospice has been in Richmond Hill since 1998 and is the first residence hospice in York Region and the second in Ontario.
The residence hospice remains a cornerstone of excellence, and their hospice care is provided at no cost for residents, including support for their loved ones and caregivers, thanks to the generosity of Hill House Hospice annual donors and this fundraiser.
