The Fall Season has arrived, and cooler temperatures shuttles us indoors.

Let's continue to move and exercise indoors -- get in shape and stay in shape in 30 mins -- from the comfort of your own home.

  • No need to drive any where.
  • No need to dress up.
  • Classes are suitable for beginner to advanced, as well as mature participants.

There are 8 weekly classes to choose from, from strength to relaxation and stretch.

Schedule:

  • Gentle Fit – Ideal for mature individuals & beginners - Mondays & Wednesdays – 9:30-10:00 am
  • Awesome Intervals– A cardio-based workout - Wednesdays – 7:15-7:45 pm
  • Stretch & Relaxation - Wednesdays – 8:00-8:30 pm
  • Zumba Latin-inspired dance-fitness - Saturdays - 9:45-10:15 am
  • Quick Tone – Full Body Workout - Saturdays - 9:00-9:30 am
  • Tabata – High Intensity Interval Class - Sundays  - 9:00-9:30 am
  • Yoga-Pilates – Strengthening & lengthening - Sundays –  9:45-10:15 am
