Empowering Straight Spouses to Heal, Rise, and Reclaim Their Lives
As the world celebrates the courage of individuals coming out and living authentically, a quieter, often overlooked group seeks space to heal: the straight spouses and partners who find themselves on the “other side of the rainbow.”
FierceHER is a peer-led support and empowerment group for straight spouses — past and present — who were “closeted without consent.” These women experience life-altering change when a partner comes out, leaving them to navigate profound pd sisterhood through:
Peer-led healing circles and private group discussionsersonal loss, confusion, and identity upheaval. FierceHER offers a compassionate, empowering space to process this journey — not just to survive it, but to thrive beyond it.
FierceHER will mark its launch with an intimate Welcome Dinner to bring members together, share stories, and build connection in a warm, supportive setting.
More than a support group, FierceHER is a movement that reclaims identity, joy, and sisterhood through:
- Storytelling and reflection workshops
- Empowerment-focused sessions on rebuilding confidence, purpose, and community
- Social gatherings that foster connection, laughter, and renewal
The initiative affirms that healing and thriving are not mutually exclusive — and that women deserve spaces to be seen, heard, and uplifted as they navigate the emotional complexities of being a straight spouse.
FierceHER welcomes all women identifying as straight spouses or partners, whether newly navigating this experience or years into the journey.
Meetings are held both virtually and in person, creating a safe, confidential, and empowering space to begin again.
The Welcome Dinner will take place on Tuesday, June 25, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at 50 High Tech Road, Richmond Hill.
