What is L’Arche Daybreak?
L’Arche Daybreak welcomes adults with intellectual disabilities to explore their unique talents, share their gifts and grow in relationship with others. Assistants who live, work, and learn with them are drawn to our community from all over the world seeking a different way of life. L’Arche Daybreak is an example of how people of different intellectual capacity, social origin and culture, can live together.
At L’Arche, people with and without intellectual disabilities live, work, and learn together creating communities of friendship and belonging. They foster mutual relationships, celebrate the unique value of every person, and strive for a world where everyone can belong and contribute.
