This is the second of the South-Central Richmond Hill Community Action Table (SCRHCAT) Community Resource Hub- Monday Matters.
It is in partnership with the Richmond Hill Public Library.
After many conversations with community members and agency partners, Family Services of York Region saw a need for a resource hub where residents can access services in the community.
This hub will be held on the last Monday of every month.
This month the feature organization will be the John Howard Society.
This organization provides a comprehensive range of programs designed to support youth and adults impacted by the justice system.
The John Howard Society will be presenting on three key programs that support York Region residents:
- FAIR Chances – supports individuals navigating the justice system
- Access to Home (A2H) – helps residents with housing stability
- Service Navigator Program – supports newcomers with system navigation.
