Richmond Hill has a long tradition of working with the community to protect our natural environment. Achieving a more sustainable, resilient Richmond Hill is a community effort and together we can build healthy yards and healthy homes.
Drop in to this booth-style interactive event for the opportunity to speak with local garden experts and learn more about the City’s parks-related, environmental and sustainable initiatives.
- Speak with a variety of exhibitors
- Meet with fellow gardeners
- Play environmental games (and win prizes!)
- Enjoy free snacks
- Take advantage of the free plant giveaway (while supplies last)
- Purchase gardening-related items including Backyard Composters through the Healthy Yards Program (while supplies last)!
You may register online but walk-ins are welcome to this free event.
This event is held at Picnic Shelter A at the Richmond Green Park. There will be signs.
