The Mentoring Plus Strategy is an intergenerational initiative that draws on the knowledge, experience, and skills of our retired or near-retired 55+ population to mentor and support young adults, 16+ years of age with personal growth and career exploration.
This initiative connects mentors with Richmond Hill High School students and is ideally suited for community members who are interested in becoming volunteer mentors to share their career and personal experiences while supporting today's youth through knowledge exchange.
