Join the third annual Spooky Village, a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration in Richmond Hill’s Historic Village.
Get the costumes ready and bring your little ghosts, goblins, superheroes and princesses for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, music, dancing and Halloween fun while exploring local businesses along Yonge Street.
All families will begin at Flex Space, where children can sign in, pick up their official treat bag and trail card, and get ready to follow the Spooky Village trick-or-treat route.
Participating businesses throughout the Historic Village will be welcoming children with nut-free Halloween treats as families make their way along the route.
Restrooms, first aid, and event support will also be available at the starting and ending points.
It’s a fun way for children to enjoy Halloween while families discover the shops, restaurants and services that make the Historic Village such a special part of Richmond Hill.
Beginning at 3:00 PM, head to the courtyard at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts for even more free Halloween fun.

Children are encouraged to show off their costumes and join the parade as we celebrate another Spooky Village together.
Registration helps estimate how many children will be attending so that there is enough candy for every child along the trick-or-treat route.

Spooky Village is presented by the Village of Richmond Hill Business Improvement Area and brings families, local businesses and the community together for a fun and welcoming Halloween celebration in the heart of Richmond Hill.
