Build Community and Support Mental Wellness Through Music
Calling all musicians!
The High Notes Music Ensemble is a welcoming and inclusive program for skilled instrumentalists who are passionate about playing music with others.
This unique group is open to anyone who has been touched by mental illness, escaped war, faced discrimination, or simply wishes to support their mental wellness through the joy of music.
This ensemble is specifically for individuals who already know how to play an instrument. Whether you play the flute, violin, trombone, percussion, or any other instrument, we encourage you to join us.
The only requirements are:
- The ability to read music
- A commitment to regular practice
- Filling out the application form below
The High Notes Ensemble meets Saturdays from 3:00 - 4:30 to play music together. It is led by Sina Fallah at his professional studio at 9040 Leslie Street. Please complete THIS FORM if you are interested.
Musicians already playing in other orchestras or groups are also welcome. This is an opportunity to create meaningful connections and enhance your emotional well-being through music wellness classes.
