Together with other women in our community, we’ll chat about simple ways to practice self-care, self-awareness, and self-love in a safe and welcoming space.
Enjoy simple but engaging wellness activities designed to help you feel refreshed, inspired, and more connected to yourself – overcome limiting beliefs, learn to embrace challenges and align to your true purpose.
This program is offered to newcomers, the BIPOC community and any woman who have experienced gender-based violence but all women are welcomed.This program will be offered on Mondays until Nov. 24.
