Three years ago, MPP Michael Parsa introduced Bill 173 to recognize June 1st of every year as Ontario Day.
He believes that what truly sets Ontario apart is its sense of community. In times of hardship, Ontarians come together to provide aid, support, and comfort to those in need.
By celebrating Ontario Day, we acknowledge the contributions made possible by the perseverance and determination of Ontarians. It reinforces the idea that no matter what challenges may arise, Ontarians have the strength and resilience to overcome them together.
