The Village of Richmond Hill BIA is excited to host its inaugural "Village of Richmond Hill BIA Halloween Trick or Treat" event, a family-friendly trick-or-treating experience.
Families are invited to explore local businesses along Yonge Street and collect treats.
Event will start and end at a BIA business (to be announced shortly) where the kids and parents will get their Trick or Treat Maps and bags. After trick or treating, families will return to the starting location for a costume parade.
