The cooler fall weather has arrived.

It is time to bring your fitness program indoors.

Join online and in30 minutes and you are done. 

Exercise from the comfort of your own home. No need to drive any where. No need to dress up. 

Classes are suitable for beginner to advanced, as well as mature participants. 9 classes per week to choose from.

Movement and exercise for strength, flexibility, maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle, and longevity.

  1. Gentle Fit – Ideal for mature individuals & beginner - Mondays– 9:30-10:00 am
  2. Gentle Fit – Ideal for mature individuals & beginner - Wednesdays – 9:30-10:00 am
  3. Awesome Intervals– A cardio-based workout - Wednesdays – 7:15-7:45 pm
  4. Mind-Body Fusion – Yoga-Pilates-Relaxation/Stretch - Wednesdays – 8:00-8:30 pm
  5. Mind-Body Fusion – Yoga-Pilates-Strengthening  - Sundays –  9:45-10:15 am
  6. Zumba - Latin-inspired dance-fitness - Thursdays – 7:15-7:45 pm
  7. Zumba - Latin-inspired dance-fitness - Saturdays - 9:45-10:15 am
  8. Quick Tone – Full Body Workout - Saturdays - 9:00-9:30 am                                  
  9. Tabata – High Intensity Interval Class - Sundays  - 9:00-9:30 am

Investment:  

  • All Sessions (8 wks)* - $110 (incl HST)
  • Drop-in – $12/class (incl HST) (CAD)
