Awesome Intervals– A cardio-based workout - Alternating Wednesdays – 7:15-7:45 pm (July 10 & 24, Aug 7 & 21)
Mind-Body Fusion – Yoga-Pilates-Relaxation Wednesdays – 8:00-8:30 pm – Relaxation/Stretch
Zumba - Latin-inspired dance-fitness -Saturdays - 9:45-10:15 am and Alternating Thursdays – 7:15-7:45 pm (July 18 & Aug 1 & 15)
Quick Tone – Full Body Workout - Saturdays - 9:00-9:30 am
Tabata – High Intensity Interval Class Alternating Wednesdays – 7:15-7:45 pm (July 17 & 31 & Aug 14)
