And special for this meeting! Houseplant Sale and Swap!
Just in time for transition from outdoor to indoor gardening, we are offering our members the opportunity to:
- Reduce any oversupply of plants that spent the summer outdoors, potted and prep'd for overwintering indoors
- Replace undesired potted plants for others, through swapping
- Purchase potted plants to brighten indoor living spaces
- Admire the plants on display by our members
This Potted Plant Sale and Swap will be held from 7:00 to 7:30 pm on October 7th, just prior to the business portion of our October General Meeting featuring Kiki Alwan's presentation about "Flowering Plants Indoors" at the McConaghy Centre.
Members who wish to bring potted plants for sale or swap must:
- Register for a table (click HERE)
- Setup between 6:30 and 7:00 pm
- Bring only healthy, insect and disease-free plants
- Manage your own cash sales and plant swap opportunities
- Cleanup following the conclusion of the General Meeting
